Who we are
Review My Bills is the website of Bill Review Partners. The data controller is [legal name], [registered address], company number [number, if applicable], ICO registration [number].
What the enquiry form collects
- Your first name and postcode
- Either your phone number or your email address, depending on how you'd like to be contacted
- The services you'd like reviewed (energy, broadband, mobile) and your preferred contact time
- A record that you ticked the consent box, the consent wording shown and the time you agreed
- A one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, used only to limit spam and repeated submissions
Any monthly costs you type into the bills calculator or the optional costs section stay in your browser. They are not saved or sent with your enquiry. The Contact page form currently saves and sends nothing.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
To contact you about the review you asked for, and to protect the form from abuse. We rely on your consent, given via the checkbox on the form, which you can withdraw at any time. [Lawful basis for spam prevention to be confirmed by adviser]
Where it is stored and who can access it
Enquiries are stored in a secure database provided by our website hosting provider [name and location of hosting/processing provider to be confirmed]. Only authorised administrators of Bill Review Partners can sign in and view enquiries. The public cannot read enquiry records.
Sharing with third parties
Your enquiry is used by Bill Review Partners only. We do not sell your information, and we do not currently share enquiries with any other Utility Warehouse partner or third party. If that ever changes, we will tell you exactly who would receive your details and why, and ask for your permission first. We do not use your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
