Mobile bill review

Look at what you actually use and what your monthly payment includes. Airtime, a handset repayment and optional extras may be separate parts of your mobile costs.

Start with actual use

Check several months of data use in your account or bills, including occasional heavy-use months. Look for extra charges, add-ons and unused allowances before choosing a different plan.

Check coverage and handset commitments

Coverage at home, at work and on your usual journeys matters more than an allowance you cannot reliably use. Check whether the handset is paid off and whether any device finance remains payable after switching airtime.

Read the terms beyond the headline price

Compare the minimum term, planned price changes, roaming destinations and limits, tethering and out-of-allowance charges. A SIM-only plan requires a suitable phone; eSIM availability varies by device and network.

How a review works

  1. 01

    Choose your bills

Select the supported services you want to discuss and your preferred contact method.

  2. 02

    Talk through the details

When the service goes live, Bill Review Partners can discuss your current arrangements and the services it is able to offer.

  3. 03

    Decide without pressure

Consider the terms in your own time. You are not obliged to switch any service.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my phone number?

Usually you can ask your current provider for a PAC and give it to the new provider. Follow the providers’ instructions and check any remaining contractual obligations.

Is SIM-only always cheaper?

No. Compare the whole cost, including any phone purchase or outstanding handset finance. The suitable option depends on your needs.

Can several household phones be reviewed?

You can discuss the needs of several lines. Do not assume a family or multi-SIM offer is available; eligibility and terms need to be confirmed.
